Project management of a 14-storey mixed-use residential development comprising 74 apartments, mixed business uses and a two-level underground basement car park.
 
Project outcome
 
Managed delivery across a 20-month construction period, coordinating high-rise residential works, basement interfaces, subcontractors, program controls, quality requirements and project handover.

Project management of a nine-storey residential apartment development comprising 51 apartments and a two-level underground basement car park.

Managed the project through structured project controls, subcontractor coordination, safety and quality management, documentation and close-out. The development was completed over a 16-month construction period.
